EPC
It is a legal requirement for the seller of a property to provide a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for their property before it can be marketed. If a valid EPC does not exist for the property, then we would be delighted to arrange for an Energy Efficiency assessment to be undertaken by a qualified domestic energy assessor (DEA) on your behalf. The EPC is then made available to any prospective buyer and will be used in the advertisement of your property.
